My necklace took over a month to arrive. The seller did refund me for half of the price of the item, which I appreciated. However, I felt a little baited and switched by the shop. The location is listed as New Jersey. However, based on how long the item took and the shipping company used, it very clearly came from overseas. I wish the shop would have been honest with where it is based to help manage my expectations with how long shipping could take. Upon receiving my necklace, it feels cheap. If I had paid half price or full price, I would be very unhappy with the quality.
